The foundation of the stand design was a concept developed by Finta Studio, which served as the starting point for our construction plans. Its core idea was to create units that allow for maximum versatility in use, while also being weather-resistant, easy to maintain, and seamlessly aligned with the shopping center’s clean and modern visual identity.

To meet these goals, we implemented a range of innovative solutions. The exterior cladding consists of custom-bent, powder-coated steel panels mounted on sandwich panels. Products are handed over through large sliding windows and adjustable-height counters. Power supply is provided via floor outlets connected to the underground parking garage beneath the stands, while the flat roofs required precise waterproofing solutions. The kiosks can be equipped with skylights and a small green roof, which can be irrigated using a built-in watering system.

Thanks to the versatility of the shopping center stand design, the Allee kiosks can function as gourmet pavilions, but can just as easily be transformed into a gift shop, fruit stand, or even a premium handbag boutique. With the introduction of these new units, we’ve made the shopping experience even more attractive and engaging – further enhancing the quality and appeal of the shopping center.
