A shop to let needs absolutely positive communication, especially towards possible new brands as tenants. Thanks to the impulsive decoration system we made for Immochan Hungary, finding tenants became much more easy!
While the shopping mall is looking for new tenants, business-premises could become empty for a short time. The mall’s primary interest is to open the new shop as soon as possible, so customers receive quality and variety continually.
The visual message, emitted by the unclaimed place has a really high importance. Moreover, shopping malls are all about positive customer experience - customers feel well at a joyful place. The decoration system, designed by the Orange Cube team, fits both requirements:
it is simply aesthetic, and it creates a positive shop to let image.
We reached the good humour by using vital colours and cheery graphics on the greatest surface possible. Graphics and their supplemental constructions are modular, so we can cover shop fronts of any size. Due to its modularity, the system is quickly and easily applicable, and can be used several times – so this is also an environmentally friendly construction.
Our plan won the first place at Immochan Hungary design competition, so you can discover our decoration system at many Hungarian Auchan shopping malls. Experience shows that this is a long-wearing construction, that allows to find new renters with its impulsive appearance.
