Green comfort

Expert service and quality store design meet in Verlon's health-conscious shoe store. Let's step in and discover the natural, green island of comfortable shoes!

The message of a comfortable shoe is primarily about function: the main aspect of its design is the ideal medical shape, which preserves the health of the wearer's feet. By the shop design of Verlon store, we tried to convey this mission in the language of interior design, creating
a space where shoe shopping is equivalent to a walk in the forest.
With function in mind, the design of the store began with maximizing storage capacities. We were able to place a total of about 6,500 shoe boxes on the flexible metal shelves of the warehouse and in the furniture combined with storage in the store space, with which we could also serve the webshop’s needs.
After that, we created the furnishing floor plan, where a unique cash register, upholstered test bench, free-standing gondolas and the already mentioned revolving product presentation display were added to the store space. We defined the concept of the shop design surfaces by working together with the owners, communicating through moodboards:
in the spirit of naturalness, Icelandic lichen furniture frames, light oak and limestone surfaces were added to the visuals.
The construction was carried out in accordance with the plans, so the latest generation of comfortable footwear can now be found in a worthy environment that exudes health-consciousness. By handing over the new shop design, we strengthened Verlon's position as an expert: the shoe store is the center of pain-free, soft walking in Budapest.
