Nowadays in European leading countries’ service industry, there is a growing emphasis on giving customers an unique experience. This attitude has also reached the medical segment – medical care became the synonym of pampering ourselves. Changes coming forward especially in the field of dental medicine. Through getting to know Clinident retail design, we show you that going to the dentist’s can be a seductive experience.
It was not so long ago that visiting the dentist’s was a trauma that is better to forget. Western mentality turned this sense into a positive orientation – because ultimately this is another way of caring for ourselves! This is called dental spa: if a comfortable atmosphere and a highly qualified dental specialist are given, the treatment could be the part of a health-conscious, physically and mentally balanced lifestyle.
To achieve the „dental spa concept”, we had to create an atmosphere where guests can easily relax. The design we made for Clinident would reach this effect with high-end solutions. In the consulting room, functional needs had a great effect on the final proportions. We had to form the spa character with the help of facings and decorations. We replaced the original, frigid tiles with homelike, painted surfaces, and decorated the walls with natural graphics inlayes in lighting frames.
The interior’s performance was formed to reduce the guest’s stress. Moderate lights, smooth wallpapers and solid drapes make the waiting hall as intimate as home environment. Sophisticated foil graphics applied on window surfaces give environment safe and comfortable feeling.
Thanks to the renewed design, the fresh interior has a really positive pulse where you can spend your time with pleasure. In addition, it fits all the standard medical requirements. Due to many feedbacks, we can truly say that Clinident became an example of dental spas, that serves the guests at a high level!
